Please Arrive on Time!
Arriving on time, or 5 minutes before your appointment, ensures that you don’t miss a single minute of your treatment. We can’t keep others waiting for their treatment, just as you wouldn’t like to be kept waiting. We do understand that from time to time traffic or other incidents may effect you but please let us know by phone.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
As a small independent Australian-owned business, we thank you for your consideration of our cancellation policy. Our booking policy doesn’t only protect our business but also affects our affordability and ensures fair treatment to all our clients.
Please notify us by email or text if you need to cancel or change your appointment time by 5pm the day before.
You will receive a reminder email 48 hours prior to your appointment and a text reminder 24 hours prior.
Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive for your appointment and have not given the requested notice time by 5pm the day before, one of the following may be implemented:
- a) You will forfeit your deposit
- b) You will be invoiced a $50 missed appointment fee
- c) A treatment will be forfeited if your appointment included a pre-purchased treatment from a package.
- d) you will be required to prepay a deposit for all future appointments.
Please book carefully. No-shows and last-minute cancellations means that other clients cannot book into that time slot and it wastes the time and expertise of our highly trained professional staff.
If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals. Pre-pays have a 3 year expiry date.
You must notify us by 5pm the day before your appointment for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment after 5pm the day before, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited. You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
Poor Results from other clinics 10% off
If any person who has received a poor tattoo removal result from another clinic we offer 10% off their first treatment.
We will need to know what tattoo removal system was previously used, how many treatments, must be a new customer.
This offer can be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/promotion. Not to be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to determine if the customer is suitable for the treatment.
We offer $20 off your next treatment price if you have referred a customer to us and they have booked and attended their first appointment.
Covid Cancellation Policy
Should you wake up unwell on the day of your treatment with cold or flu symptoms please text us 0405484850 by 8am at the latest to avoid any late cancellation fees.
