Master Laser Specialist
Michelle is the founder and principal clinician of Rethink Laser Tattoo Removal. She holds the designation of Certified Master Laser Specialist (MLS), having trained at the Rocky Mountain Laser College and International Laser Academy in Colorado, USA, under internationally recognised laser educator Lorenzo "Laserman" Kunze.
Michelle holds a Queensland Health Radiation Laser Licence and is a qualified QLD Laser Safety Officer and IPL Specialist. She has been performing laser tattoo removal treatments on the Gold Coast since 2010 and has personally overseen more than 45,000 treatment sessions.
Michelle is known for her gentle technique, honest assessments, and genuine care for every client — qualities reflected consistently across more than 280 five-star Google reviews.
Leticia
Certified Laser Specialist
Leticia joined Rethink Laser Tattoo Removal in 2012 and has been an integral part of the clinic ever since. Since then, she has built over 12 years of hands-on experience, and the level of skill and consistency she brings to every treatment only comes from thousands of hours behind the laser. In addition to her clinical experience, Leticia holds a Queensland Health Radiation Laser Licence, is a qualified QLD Laser Safety Officer, and is a certified IPL Specialist.
Her training has developed alongside Michelle's over the years, keeping pace with advances in laser technology and treatment protocols as the industry has evolved. As a result, clients who see Leticia benefit from the same high standard of care and clinical precision that Rethink is known for. She is particularly valued for her ability to put nervous first-timers at ease, as well as for her thorough and practical aftercare guidance.
