The technician Michelle was super lovely and caring and kept me distracted the whole time as I didn’t use numbing cream. I was pleasantly surprised how much it didn’t hurt, Michelle checked in to made sure I comfortable the entire time I was having my treatment. I definitely recommend choosing rethink, the whole process was super positive and so happy with the results so far

Having previously had laser removal, I was expecting the session to be difficult to endure. From the moment I met Michelle I felt at ease and we ended up laughing through most of the session. Her technique is unique and she is gentle, calm and understanding. Her empathy contributed to easing the pain as she worked within my limits. The session didn’t feel rushed and I felt she genuinely cared about me.Michelle went above and beyond and I am now looking forward to my next session with her. By far the best laser removal experience I've had! Michelle is so friendly and knowledgeable which instantly put me at ease. The procedure itself was also the most comfortable I've experienced. Looking forward to my next appointment already 😊

It is my first time removing a tattoo and Michelle is lovely! She explained the whole process and was super patient and delicate, I didn't use numbing cream and it didn't hurt, It was really fast! I am so happy I found this place.
